1973 - Bought first 35mm rangefinder camera

1975 - Bought first enlarger

1984 - Bought first medium format system

1986 - Joined my first ever Photographic Society and started to win a stream of awards for my monochrome printing

1987 - Started to formulate my own developers to ensure I obtained the image tone I wanted from my work

1994 - Bought first five by four inch field camera and De Vere enlarger

1976 - 1994    Ciba Geigy Chemicals Limited Laboratory Technician

1994 - 2000    Novartis Grimsby Limited Senior Laboratory Technician

2000 - 2003    Syngenta Grimsby Limited Senior Laboratory Technician

2005 - Re-located from Grimsby, Lincolnshire to Pickering, North Yorkshire
